Little Paws endeavours to help as many people as possible who are in need of rehoming their cats or kittens.  If you require help in rehoming your cat or kitten please email lpsurrenders@gmail.com with a photo and a brief description including the following information:  age, sex, breed, if your cat is microchipped and desexed and whether your cat is child, cat or dog friendly.  Also include your name and best contact details.  Otherwise, please text as much information as you can to 0466 662 260.

Once we receive this information we can then contact our many foster carers to see if anyone has a suitable place available for your cat in their home.  If we are unable to find a foster carer for your cat you may be able to assist you with the advertising for your kitty.

We also suggest contacting other rescue groups in case we do not have available foster carers at this time.

If you have general questions or comments you can also use the form below to get in touch. The contact form below is used for other enquiry types and will automatically add pertinent fields as you change the topic.

For Membership and Sponsorship submissions involving a payment to Little Paws, please deposit funds into:

  1. Hello
I recently applied to become a Foster Carer for kittens. Could you please confirm you received my application and if you require any other information from me?
    Thank you,
    Dimity.

    • Hi Dimity, thank you for your application. You should have received an auto reply saying:
“Thank you for responding to our form! We will be in touch with you shortly for a phone interview. If you are renting, please ensure that you have sent us a copy of the approval letter from your landlord on letterhead.”

If you didn’t, you may wish to re-submit the form. You will be contacted as soon as our foster carer co-ordinator can do so.

  2. Hi I recently sent through an application to become a foster carer. I haven’t heard anything back and I was wondering if the application was received? Thank you. Anna Thompson

    • Hi Jessie
We have foster carers in private homes. If you would like to meet a kitty, please contact the foster carer directly for any questions and to organise a meet and greet.
